The PROMATIS NetSuite Team receives the Oracle NetSuite Solution Provider Award 2020
Immediately after the award winners were announced, we spoke with Katharina Schraft, Head of Business Unit NetSuite.
Hello Katharina, a few minutes ago at the kickoff event “EMEA Partner Kick-Off 2021 Solution Providers” it was announced that PROMATIS has been selected as the NetSuite Partner Western Europe. As the head of the business unit, you built up this area, how do you feel?
I am totally flabbergasted and speechless and absolutely overwhelmed. It is a brilliant achievement for us to have earned this award in such a short time.
After all, the NetSuite business unit has only existed at PROMATIS for about 2 years, which is quite a short time to establish such an outstanding position in the market.
Yes that is correct. However, it should be noted that the entire team consists of experts from the field of ERP/Business Solutions and knows and, above all, understands the structures of the software solutions as well as in the respective companies.
During this time you were able to win challenging customer projects in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. What is your recipe for success?
Well, we won’t reveal that now (laugh). But what we picked up from the feedback was above all our expertise, flexibility and also the competence with which we were able to convince customers right from the start.
What happens next?
First we will of course celebrate our award online, but at some point with the whole team on site. After that, we will get right back to our projects, of course we will deliver top performance, especially with such motivation!
